About Fusion

ʼFusionʼ (formerly known as ʽHouse of Agnesʼ) dates back to the 13th century and was referred to as the 'House of Agnes' in Charles Dickens' novel David Copperfield. Centrally located, only 200m from Canterbury West train station & a short walk from the Cathedral the building has been extensively renovated by its current owners and now proudly boasts six boutique style rooms and the stylish Quadrant restaurant. The rooms are individually themed on great cities of the world - Paris, Tokyo, Shanghai, Mumbai, Marrekesh & Canterbury. All rooms are en-suite, with LCD TV & DVD player (with access to a complementary DVD library). The hotel also has the largest garden terrace in Canterbury, perfect for outdoor dining and free, private car parking is available to all guests.

Fusion provides its guests with the best of contemporary living in a building which is steeped in history. The Quadrant restaurant is named after the 'astrolabic quadrantʼ, an extremely rare scientific instrument dated from 1388 which was unearthed during the recent renovations. It was recently described as "one of the greatest ever scientific discoveries of its kind in the world".
