Cocktail of the Week
(made by Fusion's expert mixologist - cocktail maker - Aga)

"KIWI INJECTION"

Ingredients
Fresh kiwi
1tbsp Vanilla sugar
25 ml Lemon Juice
10 ml Triple Sec
37.5 ml Gin
dash of elderflower cordial
soft brown sugar to garnish

Directions
Muddle kiwi and vanilla sugar in a cocktail glass. Add crushed ice to it and then place the rest of the ingredients in a boston glass filled with cubed ice. Shake vigorously. Strain the mixture into the cocktail glass and stir until mixed well with kiwi. Garnish with soft brown sugar at the top.
